We care about your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we offer returns or replacements with opening video of parcel issued to us within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Provide clear videos of the opening parcel before returning 
✅ Once verified, we’ll arrange a return pickup or send a replacement

❌ Returns are not accepted for reasons like “changed mind” or “no longer needed”.

Refunds (if approved) are processed to your bank account within 5–7 working days after return verification.
